Mac broke his family agency’s 67-year sales record — two years in a row — before founding Equilibrium Insurance Partners in 2022.
Licensed in property and casualty since 2014, he holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, requiring over 100 hours of coursework and examination, and the Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC) credential — allowing fee-based consulting work that goes beyond standard policy placement. He built Equilibrium with one goal: give Arizona pool contractors a specialist who actually understands their trade.
